SERVICE WRITER POSITION AVAILABLE

JOB SUMMARY: Ideal candidate would be responsible for the Service Department.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring Service Technicians stay on task

• Responsible for ensuring the Service Technicians have all the parts needed for the task they are on.

• Scheduling of the Service Work

• Service Writing

• Maintaining warranty claims and service files

• Preparing of quotes and estimates

• Ensure that the customer receives professional and courteous treatment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication skills, customer service

• Good computer skills

• Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Knowledge of Marine and ORV equipment is helpful, but not required

JOB TYPE: Full-time
